Refund policy
The London Minor Ball Hockey Association understand that at times, participants may not wish to continue playing the sport and there may be a request for a refund. These requests are handled on a case by case basis however the basic guidelines are detailed here.
If the request for a refund is made prior to the end of the registration period, a full refund will be provided less any convenience fees for online registration and discounts applied to the registration. If the request for a refund is made after the registration period has ended however prior to the teams being created / decided, a full refund will be provided less any convenience fees for online registration, discounts applied to the registration and a $20 Administrative Fee. If the request for a refund is made after the teams have been created and team uniforms have been ordered however the season has not started, a full refund will be provided less any convenience fees for online registration, discounts applied to the registration, the cost of the uniform shirt and socks as well as a $20 Administrative Fee. If the request for a refund is made after the season has started however prior to the halfway mark of the season (based off the number of games played by the team), any approval and the amount of the refund will be determined at the sole discretion of the league and its executives. It will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may be approved or denied based on the merits of the request. If approved, the refund would be determined based off the number of games remaining for the team of the participant in question. It would also be less any convenience fees, a $20 Administrative fee as well as uniform costs. If the request for a refund is made after the half mark of the season, the request will be reviewed based upon its merits and in extenuating circumstances, may be provided with the guidelines listed directly above.
