This past Sunday, OHL Champion, Jacob Julien of the London Knights and prospect of the Winnipeg Jets came by the rink with the Ross Robertson Cup (OHL Championship Trophy) to meet the players, take pictures and sign autographs.
The kids loved meeting you and we wanted to say thank you for taking time out of your extremely busy summer schedule for us at the LMBHA. Best of luck this coming season and we look forward to watching what comes next for you! - Ean and Dick Nikki Fulford - support request
Nikki Fulford helped the LMBHA with the Intro to Ball Hockey by giving her time up on weekends to help teach the youth the fundamentals of Ball Hockey. She has since went off to College in Durham Region and has been selected for an amazing opportunity to learn abroad through her program.
Here is a snippet from her Go Fund Me page: "The Durham College Marketing and Sport Management programs have combined to send 10 students to Christ Church Barbados from November 25 to December 2, 2024. Here we will provide business consultation services for a local sport company, Cat's International Sports. This organization is dedicated to the growth and development of sport and sports tourism. We will be presented with a business challenge that Cat's International Sports is facing and will volunteer at the Global Organic Tourism Master Plan tournament, a multi-sport event for international teams in the Caribbean." Nikki is looking for some support for the upcoming opportunity as the cost for a college student is substantial. She is collecting donations through the GoFundMe site and she appreciates everyone who takes the time to read the site. Year end paintball
Its hard to believe that playoffs are this coming weekend and the year is coming to a close! With that, we are preparing for the year end celebration for the Atom Peewee and Super Division at Adrenaline Paintball. Dick and Ean Atom Provincial teamOur Atom Provincial Team played their hearts out and unfortunately lost in the A Semi Finals.
