How to Register for the 2012 Season
In Person / Drop Off
You can register in person by dropping off the registration form (will be availabe to download within the next week) with payment to: 48 Langarth Street East London, Ontario If Rick is not home, please feel free to leave the registration in the mail box and we will retrieve it from there. In person payment can be made in the form of cash, money order, personal cheque or certified cheque. 
Canada Post (Mail)
If you prefer to mail in the registration, please ensure that you print off and complete the form above and send it with your payment to: London Minor Ball Hockey Association C/O Rick Price 48 Langarth Street East London, Ontario, Canada N6J 2M2 Cheque or Money Orders are accepted through this method. Please make all cheques or money orders out as listed above. | Online
Online registration this year will be through RSM Inc. This is the fastest and easiest way to register your child for the upcoming season. After submission, your credit card will be billed the amount specified and a confirmation e-mail (receipt) will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Online registration via credit card is through secured RSM servers. If you require any assistance with this feature, please contact us. Parents: If you wish to register multiple participants online for the upcoming season, they will have to be registered individually. This is in order for the automated system to create the proper player accounts for the participants for the upcoming season. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Registration Deadline for the Summer 2012 Season is March 25th 2012. All submissions received after March 25th, may be accepted however a $20 late registration fee will be assessed if they are accepted.

In person registration dates and locations for the 2012 Summer Season have been confirmed. They will be held at Argyle and Nichols Arenas on:
Sunday January 29th, 2012 - Noon until 4 PM - EARLY REGISTRATION FEES STILL IN EFFECT
Sunday February 12th, 2012 - Noon until 4 PM - EARLY REGISTRATION FEES STILL IN EFFECT
Sunday February 26th, 2012 - Noon until 4 PM
Sunday March 11th, 2012 - Noon until 4 PM
